This Chipotle Garlic Spread is an amazing dip, an excellent replacement for mayonnaise and other condiments, a great flavor addition to many recipes, and we use it to add a pop of flavor to a range of proteins and vegetables.
Try it on bagels with lox. Spread on corn ears or pineapple spears before grilling. Rub it on a steak before grilling and after, on baby back ribs prior to adding other seasoning and before grilling or smoking, or on a pork shoulder and cook in crockpot. Mix in your street corn & avocado salsa. Marinate shrimp prior to grilling. Top salmon prior to baking or grilling. Makes an excellent base for fish or shrimp tacos.
