Turkey with a twist
Directions:
Make sure the turkey is clean and patted dry.
Generously cover the outside with Garlic Joy Sun Dried Tomato Spread.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of the Garlic Joy Spread in your hand and rub it on the inside of the bird, making sure it is covered thoroughly.
Pull the skin above the breast and stuff more Garlic Joy Spread under the skin covering the breast. Be generous — this will give you moist white meat.
Bake at the recommended temperature and time for the particular size of your bird.
