CRISPY GARLIC POTATO WEDGES

Serve with delicious crispy garlic potato wedges on the side. Cut potatoes into wedges, making sure they are the same thickness and size. Par broil for 5 minutes. Drain and dry. Sprinkle with sea salt and place in a bag with 4 Tbsp of garlic chipotle spread. Massage the bag lightly to make sure all the wedges are coated. Remove from bag and place on a cookie sheet line with foil. Bake in oven at 400ºF for about 30-35 minutes until golden, crispy and soft in the center. You can also cook these in an air fryer - following the instructions for your specific air fryer model). Serve as a side with additional garlic chipotle spread as the dipping sauce. Optional: sprinkle with fresh diced parsley.
