INGREDIENTS:

• 1-1/2 cups almond flour
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
• 2 large eggs
• 1 Tbsp Joy’s Gourmet Garlic Spread
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 Tbsp butter, melted (cool to room temp)
• ½ tsp salt

DIRECTIONS:                 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°.

  3. In a large bowl whisk together almond flour, baking powder, cheese, and salt.

  4. In a separate bowl mix together sour cream, garlic spread, eggs and melted butter.

  5. Combine wet mixture into the dry mix and stir until well mixed.

  6. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.

  7. Using a small cookie scoop, drop the batter on baking sheet in ball shapes about 3 inches apart.

  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes until they are golden brown.

  9. Let cool slightly, then transfer to plates. Serve at room temperature.

Optional: Add fresh chives, diced jalapeños, have fun! The flavor possibilities are endless.
