INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 oz Joy’s Gourmet Garlic Parsley Linguine

  • 2 Tbsp Joy’s Gourmet Original Garlic Spread

  • 2 Tbsp Joy’s Gourmet Basil Pesto and Garlic

  • 2 Tbsp reserved pasta water

  • 4 Tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

  • 2 Tbsp Joy’s Gourmet EVOO

  • Freshly ground cracked pepper, to taste

  • Pine nuts, roasted

               

DIRECTIONS:                 

1.       Cook linguine according to directions for al dente, drain, and transfer to a large mixing bowl.

2.      Mix in the garlic spread, EVOO, and pesto.

3.      Add reserved pasta water and toss lightly.

4.      Fold in the parmesan cheese.

5.      Plate and garnish with cracked pepper and a few roasted pine nuts

VARIATIONS: Add lamp, chicken, or shrimp as a protein to make it a full meal.
