1 Lb of Mahi Mahi (Grouper, Snapper or any white fish)

2 Tbsp of JOY’s Gourmet Garlic (Original)

2 Tbsp of JOY’s Gourmet Basil Pesto

1/4 cup of chopped almonds

Salt to taste



Mix the JOY’s Gourmet Garlic Joy & Basil Pesto.  Place the fish in a zip-lock bag add 2 tbsp of the Garlic & Pesto mixture, let it marinate for ½ Hr. (make sure the fish is covered with the mixture)

Place the fish in a backing dish, add more of the Garlic & Pesto mixture on top and encrust with the chopped almond.  Bake for 18 minutes at 400 F or until the fish separate when you push a fork in it.



Spread some of the remaining mixture in the bottom of the plate and place the baked fish on top.  Serve with Garlic mashed potatoes and wild rise.
