- Medium size Eggplant
- Garlic JOY's Original or Sun Dried Tomatoes
- Garlic JOY's Marinara Sauce
- Fresh Mozzarella Cheese
- Fresh Basil
Peal eggplant and slice in ½ inch discs. Spread the Garlic Joy on both sides of the eggplant slices and bake 15 minutes on 400F.
Starting with the eggplant add a layer of Marinara Sauce, a thin slice of fresh mozzarella cheese and fresh basil, repeat three times and bake on 350F for ten minutes or until the cheese is melted.
