This extra virgin olive oil is made from the Galega olive varieties from the municipalities in the northern part of the district of Santarém in the Ribatejo region. A low-acidity olive oil, it ranges in color from golden yellow to dark green and offers a unique, mellow, sweet flavor.

We infuse it with our house blend of common Mediterranean herbs and spices. Slice rustic freshly baked bread, put this seasoned oil in the middle of a plate, and dip into the deliciousness.
