3 Tablespoons JOY’s Gourmet Garlic Spreads Garlic Original or Sun Dried Tomato
2 pounds Clams, rinsed well
1/2 cup Fresh parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons Lemon juice
1/2 cup Dry white wine
10 ounces Cooked Italian Herb Pappardelle or Spinach fettuccine
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Add JOY’s Gourmet garlic to clams, cook and stir 5 minutes. Add parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and wine. Cook 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until clams open. Stir in tomatoes and serve over fettuccine.
