4 Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut Into 4 Pieces Each
2-3 Cups Joy's Gourmet Blast-Off Bloody Mary Mix
1 Tbsp Garlic Joy Original Garlic Spread
1 Pkg Joy's Gourmet Garlic-Parsley Linguine (Optional)
1 Large Yellow or Orange Pepper Sliced (Optional)
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Optional, but it adds great flavor)
Salt & Pepper
Instructions: Heat a Large Saute Pan Over Medium-High Heat. Add the Olive Oil and Butter. Once the butter stops foaming, add the Chicken to the Pan and brown, about 4 minutes per side. Turn Off the Heat, Season the Chicken with Salt and Pepper. Add the Joy's Gourmet Original Garlic Joy Spread. Stir until the is incorporated. Add the Joy's Gourmet Blast-Off Bloody Mary Mix and the sliced Pepper, place the Pan over Medium Heat until the liquid begins to Simmer. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes. While the Chicken finishes cooking, Prepare the Joy's Gourmet Garlic-Parsley Linguine according to the package direction.
To serve: Place a nest of the linguine on a plate (pasta is optional). Top with the Chicken and some grated cheese.
Easy Garlic Bread
Slit a loaf of Italian bread lengthwise.
Spread both halves generously with Garlic Joy Original Garlic Spread.
Reassemble the loaf and wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
Place wrapped loaf in a 350F oven for 10-14 minutes.
Unwrap loaf, turn on Broiler. Place the loaf split side up and toast for 3-5 minutes under the broiler.
