Salmon with Tangerine Teriyaki Glaze

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb      Salmon skinless
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Joy Chipotle
  • 4-8 Oz Tangerine Teriyaki
  • 1 tsp    Salt

 

DIRECTIONS:

Cut the Salmon into 2 equal pieces (1/2 lb. each).  Cover with the Garlic Joy Chipotle well and let it marinate for 3 hours.  Place a pan on Med-High heat and sear the salmon on one side for 2 minutes.  Turn over to the other side, cover the fish with a generous amount of the Tangerine Teriyaki, cover and turn heat on low for 7 minutes.  Plate and serve immediately.
