Cook the pasta, drain and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the Garlic Joy and Pesto. Mix well before transferring to the parmesan cheese bowl. Coat the pasta with the cheese, twirl and serve healthy portions on plates. If it feels a little 'dry' when mixing, add extra olive oil or a few teaspoons of warm water to help it along. The pasta should feel moist, not dry.
Lamb chops, beef steak, chicken or shrimp would be a great addition to make it a complete meal.
