Garlic Joy Garlic Joy Steak

Ingredients:
4 Tbsp Original Garlic Joy
1 Tbsp Salt
1 Tbsp Chopped fresh or dried rosemary
1 Tbsp Chopped fresh thyme
2 Tbsp Chopped fresh oregano
1 Tbsp Coarsely ground pepper
4 (12 Oz) Ribeye steaks on the Bone**


Preparation:
1. Stir together first 6 ingredients. Rub evenly over both sides of steaks. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. Grill over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 12 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion registers 160°, turning once.

3. Serve with Garlicky Mashed Potatoes or sauté vegtables on medium heat with Original Garlic Joy Do not over cook, keep vegetables crunchy.

**(12-ounce) Filet or bone-in veal chops may be substituted.
