Garlicky Scallops Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tablespoons Original Garlic Joy1 Lb (5-8) Large Sea Scallops
Italian Breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup Teriyaki Sauce
4 Tablespoons Chopped Fresh Cilantro
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Aspragus (optional)
Preparation:
1. Cover the scallops with the Original Garlic Joy on all sides. Dip each scallop in the breadcrumbs on the flat edge.
2. In a skillet, heat up the olive oil, place scallops in skilet for one minute.
3. Flip over and add Teriyaki Sauce. Wait one minute and flip one more time for 30 seconds.
4. Remove the scallops from the skillet and continue to reduce the sauce until thickened (5-7 minutes).
5. Add the cilantro and mix with the sauce.
6. Steam the asparagus and keep warm until ready for serving.
Plating:
Place the scallops on top of the steamed asparagus in plates, drizzle the sauce over them before serving. It is always good to have extra sauce to serve on the side.Share this recipe with your friends:
