•  3 Tablespoons       JOY’s Gourmet Garlic Original or Sun Dried Tomato
  • 2 pounds                 Clams, rinsed well
  • 1/2 cup                     Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons           Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup                     Dry white wine
  • 1                               Large tomato, diced
  • 10 ounces                Cooked Joy's Gourmet Italian Herb Pappardelle or Spinach fettuccine
  •                                   Salt and pepper to taste


               Add JOY’s Gourmet garlic to clams, cook and stir 5 minutes. Add parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and wine. Cook 2

             minutes, stirring occasionally, until clams open. Stir in tomatoes and serve over fettuccine.
